1. Body
| Our machine body is built using heavy-duty 130 × 130 mm square steel tubing with 10 mm wall thickness, ensuring exceptional strength and long-term durability. This robust frame construction provides superior rigidity to withstand continuous vibration, high compaction forces, and demanding production environments. |
2. Vibration table
| Our machines use a static–dynamic oil-sealed eccentric shaft vibration system, engineered for powerful, consistent, and maintenance-friendly performance. The oil-filled housing keeps the eccentric shaft fully lubricated, reducing wear and preventing dust entry—ideal for cement block production environments. |

| Our block moulds (dies) are manufactured from high-grade EN8 steel and precision CNC-cut for maximum accuracy and durability. EN8 provides superior hardness and wear resistance, allowing the die to maintain sharp edges and consistent dimensions even under continuous high-pressure compaction |
